What happened when readers used the guides
Nobody publishes this: not the platforms, not the unions, not the ministries. Readers write back, we count, we publish. No names, ever.
These are real counts, and they start at zero because nothing is live yet. We publish them at zero rather than wait, because a number you can watch grow is worth more than one that appears already impressive.
How we count
A reply counts once. "Used it" means the reader told us they sent the template or followed the checklist. "Outcome known" means they told us what the platform, employer, or office did next. We store the message without the name, number, or account ID, and delete the original within thirty days. Small numbers are published as small numbers.
This is the one number this publication is judged by. It is also what we show a funder or a partner, which is exactly why it is never rounded up.
